Well everyone, I always like going out to eat, but sometimes, the best dishes are made right at home. I was feeling light, so I decided to make myself a salad. I love a good seared tuna steak so I had a plan. Salad and Tuna plus I made the mango habanero salsa to really get things going. There it is, Light, flavorful and served in the comfort of my own home. Bon Appetit!

Another Broken Egg Cafe
What better way to start the day than a Crab Cake Benedict! With the luscious egg oozing onto the sweet crab. I had the opportunity to indulge myself recently and, yes, it was delicious. There are several locations of Another Broken Egg around Atlanta to choose from. There take on breakfast is delicious, but may also be a little overpriced. The egg this time was slightly overcooked for my liking, but it was still very tasty.

The Troll and October Fest!
Its October, and that means October fest’s. In Helen, Ga, the Oktoberfest is among the best in the area. When you go there, you have to try the German food at the Troll., located under the bridge along the Chattahoochee river. I am a big fan of the Reuben sandwich, so naturally, I had to try one. With the melted cheese and corned beef on rye, what a great flavor combination. Delicious!
